If you look at my research, you will see that most of old capoeiragem techniques are either takedowns; or neutralize the opponent by slamming him against the ground. This applies to most cabecadas; and even to most apparent 'kicks'; the principal impact is not with the leg, but with the ground.
In fact, there are only the following hits that neutralize primarily by impact (if we do not count jabs):
-Breath sealer elbow strike
-Cocada (here, the finish is more tearing/wrenching)

-Meia lua de frente
-Bahian cabecada rising
-Bahian cabecada straight
This only corroborates what I have been saying for quite a long time now: Capoeiragem is(was) wrestling.
