This banda works similarly to Banda traçada one-sided; however, it is done from inside; therefore, we call it Internal traçada. It was probably used in Batuque.
When the opponent stands with legs together, throw a swipe with your right knee into the inside of his right thigh (Rooster mechanics). This will make him spread his legs.
Immediately continue by hooking his right ankle with your right foot from the inside, and using Snake, pull his right leg from underneath him.
The resulting fall is quite mild, if you do Internal traçada using normal mechanics.
However, if you use Powerswiping to apply the banda (see my article on Batuque tactics for details), his legs get spread wide and the fall is spectacular.
It is possible that this banda was called 'ammarado' (Frede Abreu).
